What is SHINE?

SHINE accreditation is a framework designed for regional companies in the North East that demonstrate best practices as employers, serving as a benchmark for businesses committed to delivering a positive social impact in our region.

MAM were awarded the ‘Advanced’ membership status, which means we’ve successfully demonstrated best practice in the following areas:
