Mission
Moving Art Management was founded in Newcastle in 2015 on the belief that great artists deserve accessible producing support. Over the past decade, we have delivered more than 100 projects, raised over £3m in funding, and collaborated with partners across the UK and internationally.
In 2025, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary with a rebrand and the expansion of our team, marking a new chapter in our company journey.

Meet The Team

Director & Producer
Rachel Jean Birch is the Co-Founder and Lead Producer of Moving Art Management, which she has successfully led for over a decade. A trained dance artist, her career spans performance, teaching, programming and producing across dance, music and comedy. She has raised over £3 million for arts projects nationwide, working with a wide range of artists and organisations from her bases in Newcastle and Barcelona. Recognised for her leadership and commitment to community engagement, Rachel continues to champion artistic excellence, innovation and professional development in the arts.

Hannah Moreno is a creative producer and project manager with extensive experience delivering high-quality arts projects across dance, theatre and community settings. As Co-Founder of Moving Art Management, she specialises in artist development, audience engagement and cross-sector collaboration. Hannah is committed to creating opportunities that support artists at every stage of their career, building inclusive projects that connect people, places and ideas.

Andy is a producer based in Middlesbrough. They have been the creative producer for Bordello Collective since 2017 and have most recently worked as a producer at ARC Stockton supporting their diverse theatre and dance programme. They have a passion for championing Queer work of all kinds and find great joy in supporting artists to create, develop and perform high quality, exciting work.

Trainee Producer
Alice is a Dance and Aerial artist currently based in the North East. She joined Moving Art Management as a Trainee Producer to advance her professional growth within the producing sector, while also being supported to continue development as an artist and performer. She recently returned from London after graduating from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with first-class honours.

Will is our brilliant marketing lead and also director of Content Culture UK which is the freelancing business profile for Will, an experienced marketer specialising in culture and community marcomms.
He’s supported organisations & businesses of all sizes in the creative and charity sectors, helping clients break through marketing challenges to achieve great things for their communities
Will is based in West Yorkshire and is a huge advocate for creativity and culture as a force for good.
