Opportunity: Senior Producer at Moving Art Management

Could you be our new Senior Producer?

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised individual to join the team!

This role will play a central role within Moving Art Management, leading and delivering a portfolio of projects across the company’s activity.

The role requires a highly self-directed and dependable individual who is confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and independently progressing work without close supervision.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead project delivery across a range of producing and organisational activity

  • Build trusted relationships with artists, venues, funders and partners

  • Manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities calmly and effectively

  • Demonstrate strong judgement and attention to detail

  • Identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and take ownership of tasks

  • Represent MAM professionally across meetings, performances, industry events and sector networks

  • Contribute to the strategic development and future growth of the organisation

This is not an entry-level producing role. We are seeking someone with a strong track record and experience who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team.

Key details:

  • Contract Type: Part Time (0.6 FTE), Permanent

  • Salary: £31,000 pro rata (£18,600 actual salary)

  • Location: Remote/hybrid, with regular travel across the North East and wider UK

  • Hours: 24 hours per week with flexible working arrangements available

  • Annual Leave: 17 days including Bank Holidays (pro rata equivalent of 28 days including Bank Holidays)

  • TOIL: Moving Art Management operates a Time Off in Lieu system

  • Probationary Period: 3 months

  • Pension: Defined contribution pension scheme through NEST (currently 5% employee / 3% employer contributions)

  • Start Date: from July 2026
