Meet Ryan Hay: MAM’s new Senior Producer!

We’re delighted to welcome to the MAM team, our new Senior Producer: Ryan Hay!

Ryan is a producer, artist and dramaturg based between Newcastle and Glasgow. Across their decade in the arts, Ryan has worked in a range of roles in theatre, classical music and community practice. Formerly the Creative Associate at Northern Stage and the Projects Producer for Scottish Youth Theatre, Ryan's career has been built on supporting artistic excellence whilst insisting on the widest possible access to it. They're deeply passionate about artist development, and recently completed a 6-month international research project investigating extant processes and infrastructure for supporting the development of artists and new works in the USA and Europe.

As an artist, they've made work for Southwark Playhouse, Edinburgh International Book Festival, and Eden Court, and they have new projects in development with Dundee Rep Theatre, Vanishing Point and Imaginate.
